Moonkyung Park calls herself a grow-late and now-as-failed graphic designer. She lives and works in Seoul, running Studio MoonPark (formerly Daldhal Studio), founded in March 2020.
Since 2007, she has been working mostly in graphic design, though her interests keep leaking into contemporary art, women’s issues, spirituality, education, and the curious little matters of daily life — food, clothing, shelter, and care.
She studied design in Seoul, Melbourne, and Los Angeles, and eventually returned to Seoul. After working with Haja Center(Seoul Career Center for Youth & Future) and CGN(Christian Global Network), she started her own studio, somehow. Clients include the Asian Center for Women’s Studies at Ewha Womans University, LIG Art Hall, Korea Foundation for Women, KT&G Sangsangmadang, Korea Foundation for Science and Creativity, NH Nonghyup Bank, and a handful of daring collaborators.
